What is the value in a laugh? They say laughter is the best medicine, and though I can't quite say that it is medicine for your body, I can definitely say it is medicine for the soul. It is so very important that we as parents create an atmosphere of laughter. Life is serious sometimes, laughter doesn't have to be happening every second of every day, but a good laugh is a ray of sunshine in the house and lifts everybody up. A good laugh heals a whole lot of hurt.
